                                                             Ageing
        Ageing is Natural process of wear and tear of an object which may or many not have life. Ageing in Human beings triggers not only Psychological problems but also Physical inability. Biological changes in the cells lead to shrinkage of tissues. As the result of these changes, the tissues of the respective components such as muscles, bones, fat, skin, ligaments, tendons, vessels etc. Become shorter in length and width. During the adolescent period the individual is unaware of these changes with in the cells due to high level of performance in external activities. Many of these changes of not elicit any sign or symptom. When the changes reach the cells of spinal column the signs and symptoms may become apparent to the individual changes in the spinal column begin with shrinkage of the surrounding tissues. Shrinkage means the muscles lose their musculature parts becomes rigid and short and loses its elasticity. This situation effects the joints are in a compressed state this is the initial onset of arthrosis, which in some cases leads to arthritis. 
          The following are the defined are groups for humans. The Ageing can start at any age depending on their genes susceptibility.

  10 and 19 years of age  -  Denarius
  20 and 29 years of age  -  Vicenarian
  30 and 39 years of age  -  Tricenarian
  40 and 49 years of age  -  Quadragenarian
  50 and 59 years of age  -  Quinquagenarian
  60 and 69 years of age  -  Sexagenarian
  70 and 79 years of age  -  Septuagenarian
  80 and 89 years of age  -  Octogenarian
  90 and 99 years of age  -  Nonagenarian
  100   years  of  age        -  Centenarian
  110   years  of  age        -  Supercentenarian.
